Meet LaShun
“Listen to your body. With the right support, clarity becomes progress—and progress becomes sustainable change.”

I work with women who feel stuck.
Many of the women who come to me are not new to trying. They have followed plans, changed their eating, purchased programs, and still found themselves in the same place — frustrated, tired, and confused about why their body is not responding.
My role is to help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you and to guide you toward a structured path forward.
I do not start with a protocol.
I start with understanding.
My Approach
Over time I realized most women were not failing programs — the programs were failing them.
Bodies change across life stages. Stress patterns change. Hormones shift. Appetite regulation shifts. What worked years ago often stops working, and many women are left believing they simply lack discipline.
That is rarely true.
My work focuses on identifying the drivers behind resistance, helping you restore regulation, and supporting you step-by-step so change becomes sustainable instead of temporary.
I provide:
• individualized assessment
• structured guidance
• realistic goal planning
• accountability and monitoring
• ongoing support
Every plan is personalized because no two histories are the same.
What Working With Me Is Like
This is not a quick enrollment and not a mass program.
We begin with a consultation where I review your history, patterns, and goals. From there, I determine whether I can help and what type of support would be appropriate.
If additional clinical support is appropriate, I may coordinate care options with licensed providers or pharmacies following evaluation.
My focus is not just short-term change.
My focus is helping you become responsive again so you can maintain progress.
My Background
My professional work centers on guiding women through behavioral, lifestyle, and regulation-based support. Over the years I have worked with many women navigating persistent weight resistance, appetite dysregulation, and midlife body changes.
What I have learned is simple:
Lasting change does not come from force.
It comes from understanding and consistency supported by the right structure.
I work closely with each client so they are not trying to figure everything out alone.
If you are ready for a process that is thoughtful, individualized, and guided rather than generic, the first step is a consultation.
